Mr-Meteorite

Here are some pictures of a very impressive (418 gram) iron meteorWRONG! If you look close you will see a hole right through the center. This is NOT an actual meteorite. It was found in North Carolina and sent to me as a meteorite.  It is likely man made slag as it tested negative for nickel. There are other reasons that I knew it wasn't a meteorite though. It has very small pin holes in some areas - a tell tale sign it was made on earth.
